Sales Department within our Transportation, and Innovative Solutions business unit.
1. Drive sales activities to expand Molex focused products to support profitable growth within assigned districts of automotive OEMs and Tiers.
2. Build pipelines with strategic approach and align with business units.
3. Collaborate with other sales function and other business unit to expand the business pipelines.
4. Create the right environment and develop people to become contribution motivated mindset.
5. Build the relationship/connection with senior management at OEM.
6. Support all activities to improve profitability on on-going projects.
7. Monitor and maintain current business and take actions as necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the director.
