Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeted at project activities in respective region. The incumbent is required to manage and coordinate project development execution, maintain close relationship with distributors, developers and designers, introduce new Kohler products, and monitor after-sales service.
Specific Responsibilities
Skills/Requirements
College graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept. At least five years experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from plumbing or durable consumer products industries, and three years experience in managing distributor and market development. Good leadership, training, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
