Managing and developing the existing client portfolio
Monitors all project / order relevant due dates for machine shipments from on time material deliveries, handover, acceptance coordination and shipments
Presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the company's commercial standards and policies;
Monitoring the achievement of the sales plan monthly, quarterly, annually
Coordinates information exchange between customers, sales and CoC.
Planning and carrying out customer visits
Periodically carrying out market surveys and permanent monitoring of competition and customer satisfaction.
Manages internal coordination of feasibility test requests from material arrival up to testing result presentation; arranges and manages feasibility tests with the respective CoC
Secures active customer relation data management with up to date lead and opportunity management from agents/distributors
Marketing activities – involvement into different activities such as presentation/newsletter preparation, post on Linkedin (company account).
