- Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to negotiate and confidently close deals while raising the bar for excellence within the team.
- The candidate should excel at hunting for new business and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager for rapid growth while pioneering in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a strong plus.
