We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Sydney team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our New Building Solutions division—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing your individual sales plan
  • Understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Expanding KONE's market presence and driving growth
  • Managing the full sales cycle for key customers
  • Generating leads and matching customer needs with KONE's world-class solutions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in technical sales within the construction industry
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • A resilient, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Tech-savviness with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • A track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
