Job duties:
As our Sales Representative – Spares, you will successfully increase sales levels of KONE Spares both regionally and nationally and promote product programs/obsolescence solutions to the external customer base. You'll also proactively manage customer relationships and opportunities from current and new customers in order to maximize KONE profitability.
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful strategic Sales, Business Development and/or Marketing experience to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred or equivalent work experience (preferred areas of study are Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications and Liberal Arts).

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $65,100–$89,540. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Sales Incentive – Commission (Quarterly) based on achievements of sales targets.
