Do you have experience selling services? Are you able to identify leads and create and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service? Do you have the spirit to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders?

As our Salesperson you will spend most of the time building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside current customer base. You will also pass modernization leads to modernization hunter (when roles are split).
What can you expect from the position?
Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
Developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area
Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
Ensure customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team
Proactively generate opportunities from outside current customer base
Create leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
Find customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needs
Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority
Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits (sales funnel management)
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field
Support the finance function in money collection.
Drive execution of her/his individual sales plan
What you will need to be successful?
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, any Engineering or related
5+ years of relevant technical sales experience (intangibles) such as: maintenance and repair services, material testing, cloud services, financial services, security, sanitation, logistics, transportation, etc.
Availability to travel
Experience working with a CRM
