Acquisition Manager

As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new CASA customers and contributing to the bank's success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's performance.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative sales strategies to source CASA accounts, targeting potential customers through market research.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

Minimum 6 months of sales experience in banking or BFSI industry is mandatory, showcasing a proven track record.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client engagement.

Ability to work independently, manage a diverse sales portfolio, and make informed business decisions based on data analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

A proactive and positive attitude, coupled with a self-starting mindset, is crucial for success in this role.

Prior experience in branch banking or a similar role is advantageous, providing valuable industry insights.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
