Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations, finance, etc.)
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
- Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
- Experience in Agile or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of data modeling and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
