Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders (CFOs, promoters). Increase book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio. Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities. Monitor competitive landscape and enhance Kotak's brand presence in target segments. Ensure high-quality client service and timely resolution of queries. Drive process improvements and coordinate with operating units to develop customized solutions.
