As a Business Relationship Manager-Digital, you will be a key player in our Business Loans-Sales department, responsible for managing and growing our client base. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales plans, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Drive sales and achieve business loan targets by actively promoting our digital lending platform and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand visibility and lead generation.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive and efficient loan application process.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
Work closely with the product development team to enhance our digital loan products and services.
