Data Science Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists in building scalable analytics and machine learning solutions. This role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts
• Define data science strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights
• Ensure best practices in model development, validation, and monitoring
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced analytics initiatives
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
• Stay current with emerging data science tools and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with leadership experience
• Strong expertise in Python/R and machine learning frameworks
• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and AI techniques
• Experience with SQL, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience deploying models into production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in a quantitative field
• Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, and automation
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Prior experience in agile or product-driven environments
