Lead-Asset Cross Sell

As the Lead-Asset Cross Sell, you will be a key influencer in our Digital Banking strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative cross-selling strategies, ensuring a personalized and seamless customer journey. You will collaborate with diverse teams, leveraging your deep understanding of digital banking products to offer tailored solutions and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in cross-selling or sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking products and services, including mobile and online platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills for informed strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
