Next Gen-Acquisition Manager

The Next Gen-Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to target and acquire new customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. The manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of acquisition plans and provide leadership and guidance to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve acquisition targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategy implementation and acquisition.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools and software.
