The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products. The role focuses on building a strong CASA (Current Account Savings Account) book, selling third-party products (TPP), and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement. The candidate should possess strong coordination skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in portfolio management.
Responsibilities include acquiring new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services, driving revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc., building and growing a CASA book size by onboarding quality customers, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement, coordinating effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams, ensuring compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions, providing end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution, and leveraging the existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
