We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or branch channel for mortgage/home loan products. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales, ensuring compliance, and managing end-to-end case processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage/home loan sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs. Empanel new DSAs from the market and drive business growth through them. Train and develop DST (Direct Sales Team) and DSA partners to ensure productivity and compliance. Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation norms as per company guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation. Liaise with internal departments including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations for smooth case processing. Handle end-to-end processing of customer applications and keep customers and channel partners updated on status. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
