Job role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage Auto loan through Car Dealers, Direct Sales Agents & Direct Sales Teams
2. Empanelment of New car Dealers, DSA & DST in the Market
3. Accountable for sales performance & Productivity of team
4. Conduct Training for all the channels & Team on Product, Policy & Market Changes
5. Manage Business Promotional activities with Channels
6. Responsible for tracking channels & Team for Quality sourcing & Healthy portfolio
7. Interact with credit team, & Get business approvals
8. Keep close watch on competitor product, Policy & Market strategy

Deliverables :

1. Recruit, Train & Motivate channel sales team achieve sales targets
2. Guide channel sales team & introduce clients to them
3. Maintain knowledge on all bank product & series & assist to resolve customer queries
4. Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue & accounts
