As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank's digital footprint.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through: Canopy and Umbrella activities, cold calling, referrals, and open market sourcing. Drive cross-selling of financial products such as Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Personal Loans (PL), and Fixed Deposits (FD). Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration. Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
