Responsibilities include conducting 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through canopy and umbrella activities, cold calling, referrals, and open market sourcing. Additionally, you will drive cross-selling of financial products such as life insurance, general insurance, systematic investment plans, personal loans, and fixed deposits. You will work within assigned geographical areas to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets and build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration. You will also ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
