Drive and achieve sales target for his region with lead from front attitude. Able to manage 100 Cr+ Vol on month on month basis.

P&L driven sales approach with focus on all business parameters.

Good written and verbal communication.

Passion to achieve and drive for business, entrepreneur approach.

Data oriented and can execute organization plan effectively.

Exhibit leadership quality to drive and motivate team members to achieve desired result.

Ability to manage big team size effectively. He has to manage- Managers' Manager. On roll team size of 35+ employees and 100+ D0.

Can interact with dealer principle and OEM and roll out local schemes and credit products.
