Job Description

Working within Global AFH Capabilities Team you will be accountable for

  • Identifying AFH global customers who will help us with to unlock our 10 YS objectives.
  • Prioritising where and how we invest globally to drive growth.
  • Align and secure consensus from global AFH LT & BU/ country AFH leads to the plan.
  • Define the WOW to drive action and execution locally both internally and externally for each customer.
  • Lead global engagement across all functions externally to build mutually beneficial JVP’s
  • Defining and measuring success criteria and KPI’s both globally and locally.
  • Defining and rolling out commercial and execution standards globally.
  • Identify and implement contractual standards.
  • Ensuring at a global level we execute with excellence global brand campaigns with global partners e.g. Heinz Hospitality.
  • Establish Global AFH Sales team to share best practice and key takeaways.
  • Lead AFH sales capabilities globally. Assess sales capabilities, identify and prioritise opportunities and build programmes supported by cross functional team to drive improvements in key areas.

Experience Required

  • Skills to build long term strategic partnerships with existing and new customers.
  • Prioritisation. Ability to evaluate opportunity across multiple channels and geographies and use data driven methodology to determine where and how we prioritise our resources.
  • Experience building and executing JVP’s in large customers ideally across multiple markets.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams internally and externally.
  • Commercial foresight to establish and track key success criteria and act fast when needed to course correct.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.

  • Top 10 Global customers contracted with exclusivity on Taste Elevation
  • Global penetration in top 20 verticals in 10+ countries
  • Programs starting with Heinz Hospitality implemented in 10+ countries
  • One consistent global execution standard by vertical
  • Establishing Global Customer Team
  • Global Omni-Channel Capabilities MBO
