- The Sales Finance Manager will report to the CFO DACH and will be responsible for increasing sales and efficiency in sales.
- Key responsibilities include financial analyses and monitoring of annual negotiations and sales promotions.
- The role involves controlling and optimizing all customer discounts and rebates to ensure financial soundness.
- The candidate will analyze the customer's monthly performance and validate the sales forecast.
- Preparation of the monthly financial forecast and supporting top-line budget plans at the client level are essential tasks.
- The position requires the preparation of monthly and ad hoc presentations for the head of the business unit.
- Development and calculation of business cases for projects in collaboration with sales teams is also a key responsibility.
- The position is initially limited to 2 years, with fast career advancement opportunities in an agile company.
⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales controlling function, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze and summarize complex information and financial figures effectively.
- The candidate should possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, with knowledge of SAP and Power Query being an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
