We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead customer success across the Central United States.
Location Requirement (Important): Candidates must reside in the Central US region, with proximity to Chicago strongly preferred.
This role combines channel development and direct end-user engagement, requiring a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional.
50% Channel Management: Develop, support, and grow Kramer's reseller and distribution partners
50% End-User Development: Build long-term relationships with end users through a consultative and value-based sales approach
The RSM is responsible for driving consistent revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening Kramer's presence throughout the territory.
