✨ About The Role

- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for closing large enterprise deals across the EMEA region. - This role involves partnering with the SDR team, Partnerships, and marketing colleagues to build a book of business. - The position requires maintaining relationships with existing clients while driving the acquisition of new clients. - The successful candidate will participate in webinars and virtual industry events to promote Kustomer. - Collaboration with the Customer Success team is necessary to develop new opportunities within the existing EMEA portfolio. - The role includes representing Kustomer as an industry thought leader and maintaining an understanding of the competitive market space. - The position is remote and based in the UK, reporting to the Head of Sales/EMEA.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in carrying quotas of $1M USD or more. - A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas is essential for success in this role. - Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles is crucial. - Candidates should have a background in early-stage growth startups, demonstrating adaptability and initiative. - Technical proficiency to conduct product demonstrations independently is required. - A business owner mentality is important, approaching prospects and customers as trusted business partners. - Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
