- The Customer & Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with existing customers to nurture relationships and expand sales opportunities.
- This role involves collaborating with the field sales team and technical support to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- The specialist will prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers while monitoring and tracking orders through the sales cycle.
- Identifying and qualifying inbound leads, as well as generating outbound sales opportunities, will be key responsibilities.
- The position requires staying up to date with satellite hardware products and providing training to customers on product features and benefits.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the satellite hardware or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- A background in satellite communication technologies, including knowledge of antennas and transceivers, will be beneficial.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot customer challenges.
- Experience working with government, defense, and telecommunications industries is a plus.
