We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) are at the core of our business, quoting service, parts, and repairs from the inspections we perform. The ISR further develops our long-term relationships with existing customers by recommending and quoting repairs based on Crane 1's inspection reports. We rely on your expertise, knowledge of our products and services, and ability to provide solutions to current and potential customers for their overhead material handling equipment. The Inside Sales Representative position will be based out of the Field Support Center (FSC) located in West Chester, OH.

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Role & Responsibilities:

• Exhibiting proven Inside Sales experience within the industrial or commercial space.
• Generating inspection repair proposals, following up on existing quotes, and closing orders.
• Working with our vendor partner to obtain parts pricing quickly.
• Seeking to build long-term business partnerships and relationships through prompt customer service and follow-through.
• Generating and presenting service quotes/proposals to our existing customer base.
• Maintaining awareness of customer budgets, and competitive threats in the market, ensuring quotes are competitive and reasonable.
• Communicating price increases when necessary.
• Attending and thoughtfully contributing to weekly sales meetings with the teams supported.
• Able to clearly articulate and execute the Crane 1 Advantage.

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Qualifications:

• Knowledge: Minimum of (2) years of industrial outside B2B experience, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in the overhead material handling space. Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong computer skills & A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be able to demonstrate a track record of strong communication skills.
• Ability: A passion for providing top-notch customer service to Crane 1's customers. Valid driver's license and ability to meet our driving requirements.

Other duties as assigned by Regional Sales Manager or VP, Sales and Marketing.
