Help us expand our reach in the sports, live entertainment, and film/TV production industries. As a Sales Manager, you'll own the sales cycle from lead to close—building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Management & Prospecting: Handle sales-qualified leads while proactively developing your own pipeline.
• Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive opportunities through contract signing and onboarding.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and prospecting teams to align on strategy and growth targets.
• Handoffs & Relationships: Ensure seamless transitions to Account Managers and Operations for long-term client success.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and CRM data.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (BPO, travel, sports, or entertainment industries a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and adapt to diverse business needs.
