Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling

Location: Remote (LATAM) Employment Type: Full time - Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST Compensation: Competitive hourly base + performance-based commission

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline through cold calling. This is a performance-driven role where your primary focus will be booking qualified appointments through high-volume outreach.

This is not a passive or support-based position. You will be expected to take ownership of your activity, hit daily dialing targets, and consistently generate results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls (150–200+ dials/day)
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Follow proven scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
  • Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM
  • Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates.
