Our Sales Development team pairs business acumen and heart, and we put our people and customers at the forefront of everything we do. This leadership role will be a critical member of both the Sales Development Leadership and Revenue Team, as well as a passionate culture builder of our Sales Development team.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our SBDR's, the strategy and operations of our outbound & inbound sales motions, and the data expert on our sales development team. You will work directly with our global sales leadership, revenue operations, and marketing teams and report to our VP of Sales.
We're looking for a leader who incorporates empathy, integrity, urgency, and humility into a hands-on leadership style. We need a talented sales coach and experienced operator who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams. The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $114,450 - $143,150. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $49,050 - $61,350, subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
