We're looking for a passionate Outside Sales Representative to join our team and work with local businesses to provide crucial educational materials to law enforcement agencies.

This position allows for strong sales and earnings growth potential if you are willing to work hard and put in the time. We are looking for individuals who either (1) have prior external sales experience, (2) are former business owners or operators, or (3) have the desire and motivation to learn and work hard.

This is a commission-only position with no cap on potential earnings. Our commission rate is best-in-class with the opportunity to earn higher tiers based on performance. We will provide you with orientation and full support. And we pay bi-weekly!

Physical visits to local businesses is the secret sauce to our sale process and is how we foster strong performance for our representatives and our clients.

We have a proven and simple sales process that has worked since 1974. You are provided with all the necessary tools and support to execute and find success.

Responsibilities:

• Become the champion of advertisement sponsorships for crucial educational materials.
• Embark on exciting travels to meet law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community partners.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support law enforcement community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Former business owner or operator is a plus
• Proven track record in field sales, especially in advertising or sponsorship.
• Bring your strong interpersonal and communication skills to the table.
• Show your ability to work independently and manage a high-volume territory.
• Embrace the excitement of regular travel within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate resilience and self-motivation to exceed sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.
• Estimated earnings of $80,000 - $110,000 in the first year.
• Additional performance-based incentives.
