Your Role:

Leadr is seeking our next tenacious Account Executive to help us bring the first people development software to the world's most influential organizations. This role is responsible for managing deal cycles from opportunity creation through close. This process includes discovery, product demonstration, and negotiation of contracts.

You are a self-starter, excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup and want to take ownership in building a strong and healthy culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage deals through a sales funnel from opportunity through close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of Leadr to potential customers
  • Understand an account's needs and effectively communicate how Leadr will meet those needs.
  • Self generation of opportunities to supplement the pipeline.
  • Shape, iterate, and scale our sales strategy, taking initiative to improve the team's practices, tools, and content.
  • Work collaboratively across engineering, marketing, product and customer success.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven hunting & closing experience (solution/complex selling experience highly preferred)
  • You embody our culture: Team First (Team Support & Collaboration), Feedback/Self Awareness, Leadership (Both leading yourself & others), Work Ethic/Resilience, Proactive Communication
  • Superb listening skills, empathy, and skilled at answering unexpected questions with ease
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Experience executing detailed web and onsite product presentations preferred
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing 'we' and not focusing on 'me
  • Have a passion for our mission (employee development), and can't wait to have a positive impact on our team and our customers.
