We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building an initial pipeline of potential enterprise clients for LeanData's products or services. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, supportive team and will partner with Account Executives to engage decision-makers and influencers, communicate our value, and drive new business. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Development and requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex customer needs.
Please note: This is a hybrid role with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
What you’ll be doing:
Connecting with prospects using phone and email, as well as responding to all inbound leads
Procuring and qualifying leads for Account Executives
Using the Salesforce CRM to record leads
Working closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
Recommending process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improved selling techniques
Representing and protecting the LeanData brand with integrity and teamwork in all written and oral communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Previous enterprise sales development experience
Strong desire to develop a career in Sales as evidenced by work experience or extracurricular activities
Consistent record of achieving measurable goals in previous roles
Strong business insight and curiosity about the prospect's business
Bonus points if you have:
