We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Pilsen, Central Bohemian Region, CZ. The vision for Plzen is to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

In this role, the candidate will assist in enabling the productivity and performance of the Sales team. You will help to develop and maintain the internal processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to start your experience in Sales processes (e.g. quoting). Through trainings, mentorship and competitions, the candidate will have opportunities to develop and grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Order processing of incoming series orders up to implementation
• Focus on back office operations within the team
• Re-structuring and improving existing processes together with the team
• Support the sales team on RFQ's and administrative processes

Requirements & Skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
• Working experience with MRP-Systems (similar to QAD, XPPS, SAP, SPMS)
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Language skills English mandatory (Level: B2 to C1)
• Language skills German are of advantage (not mandatory)
• Sales experience or commercial training would be a benefit
• Experience within Automotive industry preferred
