For our location in Korntal-Muenchingen, we are looking for a Sales Manager (M/W/D) starting immediately:
Tasks:
- Independent management and support of a defined OEM
- Planning and development of strategies (5-year plan)
- Development of offer strategies for successful negotiation and coordination of all project-related offer activities
- Management of the profitability of existing and new business
- Ensuring project results / achievement of objectives
- Constructive cooperation with the project team (development, design, operations and program management or business manager from other regions)
- Conducting contract negotiations in coordination with the internal specialist departments
- Price review and maintenance as well as benchmark analyses
- Competitive observation and analysis
- Internal reporting; clear and accurate leading of customer documents
The ideal candidate has:
- Successfully completed economic or technical studies
- Professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales, program management, finance or purchasing
- Negotiation skills and very good handling of numbers
- Independent, systematic and goal-oriented working style
- Due to the international orientation of the company, negotiation-secure German and English language skills are required
- Team capability and communication skills in an international environment
- Economic thinking and customer orientation
- Willingness to occasionally travel domestically and abroad
