Sales Manager (ondemand)

Job Responsibilities And Qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Plan the sale management strategy in the responsible area
2. Support and plan to stimulate the sales
3. Monitor the sales and analyse the tend to increase the sales
4. Coordinate with the school to create event in which increase the number of customers
5. Fields Research to collect internal and external data in which effect the sales
6. Summarize the area sales to incentive for the branch
7. Manage the teams in the branch
8. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, marketing or any related fields
• Experienced in sales or marketing at least 3-5 years
• Be able to work in the working area
• Good personalities and mindset
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work across provinces as required.
• Flexible to work on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) based on operational needs.
