Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday. Pay: $18-$20 hourly plus commission and annual revenue bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the sales manager and sales coordinator with tracking results of all sales calls and opening opportunities.
• Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.
• Follow up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Work with the sales manager and sales coordinator to maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Eager and enthusiastic about SALES and selling home services.
• Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
• Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
• Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.).
• Undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Sales experience a PLUS!!!!
• Home Service experience preferred.
