We are looking for a Sales Incentives Lead who will own the design, administration, and ongoing optimization of our client's global commission programs. You will configure and maintain the compensation system, make sure every sales employee is paid accurately and on time, and ensure that incentive plans align with corporate goals and drive the right behaviors. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy of payouts, the effectiveness of the plans you manage, and the strength of your partnerships with Sales, Finance, and HR.

- Administer all aspects of the commission platform: user setup, hierarchy maintenance, quota changes, rule logic, and end-to-end monthly payout cycles.
- Reconcile commission calculations with Finance and Payroll to ensure 100 percent payout accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Analyse commission plan performance, identify trends or outliers, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve motivation, cost efficiency, and overall plan effectiveness.
- Build and distribute clear, action-oriented dashboards and reports for sales reps, leaders, and executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation questions, providing clear guidance and training to sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or finance with hands-on ownership of commission plans.
- Proven expertise administering commission software such as Xactly (preferred), SAP Callidus, or Varicent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another leading CRM, and strong understanding of downstream data dependencies.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business models is highly desirable.
