Job Description

The Sales team is looking for their new Account Executive to strengthen its impact on the market (France + EU)!

We have the chance to address a market still considered as a blue ocean in France and Europe. The goal is to evangelize our prospects and help them in the digital transition of their legal and financial practices.

Our targets are composed of legal departments of companies, business banks, and business law firms.

The opportunity offered corresponds to a Sales Full Cycle position - prospecting/first contracts/farming (1 year).

Missions:

Prospecting:

  • Identify and contact potential new clients
  • Research commercial opportunities in the target market

Discovery/Solution Call:

  • Identify in depth the prospects' issues
  • Present the functionalities and advantages of the SaaS software during meetings or demonstrations in function of the identified issues

Negotiation:

  • Be capable of generating new clients while remaining faithful to Value Selling

Competitive Intelligence and Networking:

  • Follow the market evolutions and the activities of the competitors
  • Mark a presence with the target (events/afterworks, etc.)

Achievement of Sales Objectives:

  • Follow the performance indicators and adjust the strategies accordingly

Profile Sought:

The main capacity to convince our target is to be able to sell perceived value through the operational value of the tool. Our goal is not to sell features like "document sharing - electronic signature" but rather to project the prospect into the solution that it represents for them: transparency towards their final client, less saturation of their teams and therefore less turnover, the simple fact of being able to go home earlier in the evening, etc.
