Bilingual Business Development Representative – Carlsbad (Hybrid) LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to welcome a motivated Business Development Representative to join our client's growing company in Carlsbad. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will connect with prospective clients through outreach efforts, qualify leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.

The base pay for this role is $20 per hour, with additional potential commission of up to $3,000 per month. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, research, and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and networking to generate leads
• Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to sales goals and business growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic workplace

Working Hours:

• Full-time
• Onsite/hybrid
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm PST

Position Details:

• Location: Carlsbad, San Diego
• Direct hire
• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Additional commission each month up to $3,000
