A growing and reputable company in Solana Beach is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, career growth, and a hybrid work schedule after the initial 90-day onsite training period.
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The pay for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and client follow-ups
- Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and order documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports as needed
- Support the sales team with scheduling, product information, and account updates
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor degree is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
