Outside Sales Representative
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial solutions and technical products? We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team serving clients across North Carolina. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation, benefits, and commission incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, and OEM sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and plant managers
- Present technical solutions and product capabilities to new and existing customers
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and conduct contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including onsite visits as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, OEM, or related environments
- Technical background in machining, fabrication, hydraulics, or industrial products preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong professional relationships
- Ability to read and interpret technical information; strategic and persuasive communication style
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel within North Carolina, will be visiting customers frequently within a 2-3 hour range.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
