Sales/Pricing Analyst – Contract Role

Location: Reno, NJ or Iselin, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Type: Contract (potential for permanent placement) Industry: Global Manufacturing

Overview

Our client, a global leader in their industry, is seeking a Sales/Pricing Analyst to provide tactical support across contract management, chargeback processing, and pricing operations in both U.S. and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities

Contract & Chargeback Support

• Assist with contract administration and chargeback processing for both Industrial and Medical business segments
• Manage backlog and current submissions
• Review contracts for accuracy and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for contract routing

Pricing & Discrepancy Resolution

• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, including distributor pricing
• Reconcile 20+ contracts daily
• Research pricing changes and support tariff updates launching in Q4

Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and validate pricing data in Oracle
• Support transition to Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (v-lookups, x-lookups, filters, subtotals)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pricing, contracts administration, or chargeback processing
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle and MS Dynamics preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
