Account Executive - Central Coast/hunter Region - Remote Eligible

Gaming Team Position

Position Summary

Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth using targeted and personalized sales strategies suited to the Central Coast/Hunter market, including local networking, visits, and partnership-based selling
• Lead contract discussions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers.
• Build strong, trust-based partnerships with Clubs and Hotels, becoming a valued advisor within each venue.
• Champion improvements to customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Become an expert on LNW's product suite and tailor recommendations based on venue needs, regional trends, and competitive insights.
• Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track activity, with data supporting (not driving) decisions. The emphasis is on high-quality relationship management complemented by simple, effective reporting.
• Prepare customer presentations and performance updates (e.g., QBRs) to support clear communication and align on strategy.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Consultative Selling: Skilled in value-based sales and aligning solutions with customer priorities.
• Executive Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong data fluency with experience crafting strategies from performance metrics and market insights.
• CRM & BI Proficiency: Effective use of CRM systems and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for pipeline management and reporting.
• Communication & Influence: High EQ, excellent negotiation, and strong presentation skills.
• Adaptability & Initiative: Quick learner, proactive self-starter, and collaborative team player.

Experience, Education and Qualification:

• Sales account management experience preferred; we welcome applications from candidates with less than 5 years' experience who demonstrate strong relationship-building capability.
• Experience selling to Clubs and Hotels industry preferred, but not essential.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce are desirable but not required.
