- The Enterprise Account Executive role at LILT is crucial for the company's growth and success, focusing on selling the platform and services to new customers while supporting Strategic Account Executives in expanding partnerships with larger clients
- The role involves closing quotas through outbound efforts, building relationships with champions, creating business cases, and forming partnerships with clients
- Responsibilities include uncovering, educating, and closing prospective customers, becoming an expert in translating the platform's value, setting up and delivering winning POCs, and providing weekly reports on high-gain activities
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in managing complex sales cycles, consistently booking deals, and exceeding quotas, as well as experience in account management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- The position requires a systematic hunter with strong revenue operations practices, the ability to work with ADR/BDR teams, and a focus on continuous improvement and maintaining accurate forecasts

- Experienced in selling in the translation & localization industry with a track record of managing complex sales cycles and acquiring new accounts successfully
- Skilled in negotiating business terms with various levels of stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Proficient in using leading sales tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of leading in-person meetings and web-based demos
- Process and solution-oriented individual with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to uncover multiple use cases
