Pos Sales Executive

Pos Sales Executive is responsible for contacting and coordinating with restaurant clients and meeting with restaurant owners to present and invite them to use the Wongnai POS system. It also involves delivering and installing the system until the client successfully uses it.

Responsibilities:

Meet potential clients in the group of clients with multiple business branches under their responsibility to close sales for the Wongnai FoodStory POS system.
Prepare equipment, data, and system settings for the delivery of the ready-to-use Wongnai FoodStory POS system to provide the best first experience for the client.
Teach the use of the Wongnai FoodStory POS system to all staff of the client to ensure they understand and use the system well (e.g., front-of-house staff using order reception, cashiers handling money, store managers and owners managing menus and viewing reports).
Provide consultation on all aspects of the Wongnai FoodStory POS system, including functions, applications, equipment, and related network systems.
Recommend and sell other LINE MAN Wongnai and partner products that are suitable for the client during the visit.
Assist with other projects as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience
Ability to independently find potential customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for service with a proactive attitude and openness to continuous learning
Ability to work as a team
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good computer and internet skills (knowledge of internet network IP and Wifi)
Experience in Point of Sales or B2B sales (special consideration)
