Inside Sales Representative (RPS)

Location: South Charlotte Reports to: Sales Manager

We’re seeking a results-driven Inside Sales RPS to focus exclusively on outbound sales and client development. This role is responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Base Salary: 35,000.00 to 40,000.00/year Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule client meetings
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and upselling
  • Understand client staffing needs and present tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Track activities and opportunities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong time management and organization

Compensation: Base + Commission Schedule: Monday–Friday
