The Online Sales Organisation (OSO) of LMS empowers organizations to reach, engage, and convert their professional audience at scale. Within OSO, our New & Emerging Business team specializes in partnering with high-potential, low share-of-wallet customers, to accelerate their LinkedIn partnership quickly.

We are looking for a sales professional who will become an integral part of our team, focused on delivering exceptional customer value. Your primary responsibility will be to sell a diverse range of advertising solutions, enabling LinkedIn's most promising advertisers to realize their business and marketing objectives. You'll thrive in a results-oriented environment, embodying a growth mindset and demonstrating strong prioritisation skills. Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning are essential traits for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and strategize with mid to senior-level executives at client companies or agencies to demonstrate how LinkedIn can drive revenue to their business
  • Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information and trends to grow early stage LinkedIn customers
  • Conceive and pitch sales proposals and renewals to advertising agencies and direct clients with the goal of customer retention and revenue growth
  • Command, report, and forecast sales activity
  • Drive a strategic plan for your book of business in partnership with your Client Solution Manager to grow revenue from new or churned customers, including customer contact mapping
  • Generate revenue and hit target quota
  • Be diligent with sales process and operational excellence including forecasting, tool adoption, and engagement tracking
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Insights, Marketing, Media, and Operations to collaborate on campaign activation and drive towards client goals
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Inspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and manager
  • Fully embrace and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years media sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in selling digital advertising and knowledge of the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Experience selling into or working with marketing teams and their agencies
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to successfully drive revenue via scaled selling across a broad book of business
