LinkedIn is searching for a Strategic Planning & Initiatives Manager to drive various transformational programs and initiatives to enhance our Sales Processes and unlock efficiencies and growth for the LMS business. The Manager will leverage their program management experience, superior communication, relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide timely solutions to partners, and successful program execution/ leadership.
Candidates hoping to fill this role must be proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional relationships and projects concurrently.
Own end-to-end program lifecycle, including formulating a hypothesis using data, developing a recommendation, driving decision making with leadership, building stakeholder engagement models, building project plans, and driving change management and operational readiness.
Define success metrics of program and measure results through clear governance and reporting cadences.
Deploy best in class project/program management (e.g. managing timelines, tracking and communicating progress, setting expectations with stakeholders, issue resolution).
Be an effective agent of change by developing a change management framework on what we communicate, how we train teams and support behavioral change.
Identify and appropriately escalate risks which could jeopardize the successful rollout and recommend options for resolution.
Develop mitigations and solutions with various stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
Proactively identify business problem statements and recommend path forward.
Create strong collaborative partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Act like an owner and have an impact outside of your core functions by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale.

The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $204,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
