Develop solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Identify solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and prepare compelling proposals; including pricing, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology.
Analyze and provide improvement of existing infrastructure and technology to gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area), include help to achieve designated cost saving target.
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the sales team, enabling them to effectively articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients.
Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet).
