Twin Cities Ferrari Sales Executive

Twin Cities Ferrari, part of the Lithia Motors family (a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest automotive groups in the nation), is searching for a high-performing, customer-driven Sales Executive to join our prestigious team in Minneapolis. What You'll Do:

  • Engage, consult, and build relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle and recommend the ideal Ferrari vehicle

  • Present vehicle options, performance features, purchase and finance solutions, and dealership services

  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with past and prospective clients

  • Maintain customer profiles and progress through our store-specific CRM and digital tools

  • Stay up to date on Ferrari's newest models, features, and the latest automotive innovations

  • Attend ongoing product and sales training to remain at the top of your game

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but passion and ambition go a long way

  • High-end customer service experience (luxury, real estate, fine jewelry, hospitality, etc.) is valued

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Tech-savvy with solid time-management abilities

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $85,000-$140,000.
